As an East Coast Wings & Grill Franchisee, you will have the benefit of more than 42 combined years of experience in managing successful restaurant businesses. Our corporate office is staffed with seasoned professionals who are committed in helping our Franchisee’s create a successful opportunity within the restaurant industry. Unlike many newly established restaurant concepts, our creators are ready to assist you in applying their industry expertise to your advantage. Real Estate Our real estate department has a strategic alliance, Mid-Carolina Realty Group, Inc., who is skilled in restaurant site selection and site evaluation. Along with this alliance, our executive committee will work with you on screening sites for your restaurant, striving to bring them on-line as soon as possible but only after full consideration and evaluation relative to our site model. As always, there are local factors that must be applied, and Franchisee discipline to balance all factors in making the site a success. Training We will provide all Franchisee’s with a complete set of manuals that describe and explain how to implement our system, procedures, food and service standards. Our team of trainers is comprised of skilled professionals that teach you our system in a manner that promotes retention of skills. Our training team will be on the premises prior to opening and for 7 days after opening, hand-in-hand with your crew to ensure that everything is proceeding properly. Operation Support Our executive committee has extensive experience in business management and operations specifically in the restaurant industry. This committee has successfully managed the East Coast Wings & Grill concept and brings an extensive knowledge of operating systems and procedures. As a result of that experience, we have become confident at managing the bottom line and achieving our systems goals for food and labor cost, and assisting in daily operation of our franchisees. Marketing As a East Coast Wings & Grill Franchisee, you will participate in our Marketing Fund, and have complete support of our marketing director for your own marketing efforts. You will have guidance in strategies geared to building sales through your local marketing efforts. Of course, our staff will be available in guiding you on where and how to invest your market funds for full exposure and maximum return. What might you expect? Prospective Cost Your investment will vary for many reasons but the following are typical ranges of what can be expected. Actual costs may be higher or lower depending on several variables. Cost of construction will be the most significant variable.
Soft Costs In addition, approximately $15,000 to $40,000 will be required for miscellaneous expenses of opening a unit, including staff training, fees, starting inventory, pre-opening advertising, etc. Your general manager starting salary will vary; however, you should expect approximately $36,000 +/-. East Coast Wings & Grill Target Markets East Coast Wings & Grill operates in North Carolina, but soon we will be across the Southeastern United States. Expansion of our concept into new markets will be guided by proximity to existing units, unit market criteria and our ability to effectively qualify new franchisees. We are now taking franchise applications for South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia (filing 2007), Georgia, Florida and West Virginia.
